Huge Congratulations to OVERALL FEMALE AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION Lillian Collinson!! So special for your first tournament!! You have so much Talent!!! And we really can't wait to see how your stacking develops!!
Congratulations to Jaydyn Coggins on your 4PEAT Overall Australian Champion!! Even with the 4 years in between the 3PEAT, and the 4PEAT, while there was no WSSA representatives in Australia!
Jaydyn also has a POTENTIAL COLLEGIATE DIVISION CYCLE WORLD RECORD (to be reviewed by The WSSA!!)
Thank you to Victoria's only competitor Jackie Belot, for taking the time to fly over and compete!! It was great to see you again Jackie, after so long!!
Congratulations
on 4th Overall Female and Divisional Australian Champion!!
We hope that the limitations that COVID brings, to travel, eases in the future, and we can WELCOME more of our interstate Stackers!!
The 7-8 Male division being hotly contested, going down to the wire with only 0.532 seconds the difference in the Overall for the Division. John Briscoe-Hough came out on top, this time, but I'm sure the competition between him and Denzel will be fierce in the future, but I wouldn't discount the rest of the division either!!
Thanks to the Parents that jumped in and had a go, at the Child/Parent Doubles!! It's fantastic to see you all competing with your kids!! And to the couple of Parents that bravely had a go at Individuals, WELL DONE!!! So impressive after just giving stacking a go!!
Our up and coming Stackers, doing AMAZINGLY well and putting up some AWESOME times!! Special mention to Jared Sobkowiak getting a 9.882 in Cycle Finals!! Jared and his group of friends have only been stacking for 2 months, and we have been gobsmacked at just how fast the three of them have improved!!
I Can't believe the talent that has been unearthed here!!! The future of Australian Sport Stacking is so bright!!!
Our first online tournament STACKS ON-LINE!! was very successful. We hosted 19 stackers from 6 countries, some competeing at all hours of the night and early morning in the USA!!
CONGRATULATIONS to Amanda Halim from Singapore on her Overall Female Champion for STACKS ON-LINE!! Congratulations to Seung Gyu J i from Korea for 2nd Overall Female and to Sunhwa Kang from Korea for 3rd Overall Female!
CONGRATULATIONS to Australia's Jaydyn Coggins for Overall Male Champion for STACKS ON-LINE!! Congratulations to Cameron Wapner from USA on 2nd Overall Male and Sebastian Lee from Australia for 3rd Overall Male!
Great Job Melissa on claiming the Overall Online Best Times for 3-3-3 and 3-6-3 in your very first tournament!!
Congratulations Cam on winning the mass Stackout in a 2-1 final against Jong Hyeon Park. Clinching the win after fixing a fumble, with the pressure on!!
Congratulations to WAPPARK LEELEE team members Cameron Wapner from USA, Jong Hyeon Park from Korea, Sebastian Lee from Australia & Pius Lee from Australia!
The WSSA Australia hosted a very successful tournament on Saturday the 28th of August 2021. RETURN OF THE STACK!! had 13 Stackers competing, and a lot of new stackers competed in their first ever tournament, and performed extremely well for just learning how to stack recently. There were quite a few records Set! Lots of fun had! New rivalries and lots of new friends made! It was a great day! Thank you to everyone who came along and made the day special! See you for the next tournament! Keep a look out on the WSSA Australia website for our upcoming tournaments!
Jaydyn Coggins was our Overall Champion breaking 2 Overall Australian Records for the 3-3-3 in a 1.508 and the Cycle in 5.371. This is also a Collegiate division Asian Record. These will now be Legacy Records as we move into the new G5 era of Sport Stacking!
Simon Lee & Jaydyn Coggins combined to break the Overall Australian Doubles Record!! This record will now be immortalised in the Legacy Australian Records as G5 Records start on the 1st September 2021
SIMON LEE broke the Masters 1 Divisional Asian Records, for the 3-3-3 with a time of 1.837 and the Asian Record for the 3-6-3 with a time of 2.279. A fantastic effort from Simon, coming back after years away from Sport Stacking, showing he's still got it!!
After learning to Stack very recently David held off a challenging field, eventually taking out 14U Male Champion, in front of 1st place 3-3-3 and 3-6-3 winner Henry Farrer. David clinched his divisional win by beating out Henry in the Cycle Event!!
Adam Flierl took out the Masters 2 Division after a super close 3-3-3 event with only 0.1 of a second separating all 3 compeitors. Husband and wife were separated by just .001 of a second and new to stacking, Will Macdonald, kept pace with the Flierl's showing he will be a force to be reckoned with in the near future!
We had a keen group of new Stackers, improving at a rapid rate, 2 bravely deciding to jump in and have a go, after just learning!! Super courageous and we can't wait to see how your stacking develops at the next tournament, now that guys know how much fun it is!! Thanks for giving stacking a go!!
